No reminders at all

If you have installed Calendar Snooze and you get no reminders at all, there are a few things you can try.

Adding an event with a reminder.

Launch the Calendar Snooze app. You will arrive at the snoozed reminders screen. From here, click on the plus button, in the top right corner of the screen, to go to google calendar and add a new event. If this doesn't work, you can also add an event manually. You can do this by going to the Google Calendar app, pressing the plus button in the bottom right corner, and selecting event.

When you are at the event creation page, make sure that the event starting time equals the current time (both highlighted in yellow on the screenshot below). Also make sure the event is set for today, and not for yesterday or tomorrow. Then, make sure that there is a reminder set for this event, 10 minutes before the start of the event (highlighted in green). Then click the save button in the top right corner to save the event.

It will take the calendar app a second to actually save the event and update the database, but this is all done in the background. Calendar Snooze should pop up within a few minutes from saving the event.

Checking if Calendar Snooze is set up correctly

If the test event you created in the previous step didn't launch Calendar Snooze, you can check if the Calendar Snooze settings are correctly set.

Please make sure that the following settings are enabled:

- Settings -> Enabled
- Settings -> Notification Settings -> Single Settings
- Settings -> Notification Settings -> Calendar All Calendars -> Handle this calendar
- Settings -> Notification Settings -> Calendar All Calendars -> Notification Settings -> Show Alert Popup

If you are using seperate settings for your calendars, make sure all of your calendars have the 'Handle this calendar' and the 'Show Alert Popup' setting enabled. If this doesn't work, you can try if it does work when Single Settings is enabled.

You should also check if you accepted the permissions for Calendar Snooze, by going to android settings -> Apps -> Calendar Snooze -> Permissions

Now test it again using the instructions from step one.
